I spent years doing what felt like drifting through the abyss following paths laid out for me. I graduated from a prestigious school, did a Fulbright Research in Brasil, sat with plant medicine and felt like I was lost. But I also learned there was another way to live my life. I knew I was tired of hiding my truth. I knew I couldn’t settle for a life that didn’t feel like the excitement from deep in my underbelly. So I took a leap. Invested over 30k into myself and what I found was… I was always waiting for me to be my own miracle.
A big part of my teachings is self sovereignty. I don’t push any ways of thought. I only share what I have learn through my on the ground experiences with life. I only share what I know to be true. I also learned the way through is with the heart, with owning your radical expression and power. I learned there’s only ever one thing stopping you & that is the shame we’ve created through structures that serve no one but themselves. It’s time we serve ourselves first.
