DISMANTLING THE SCRIPT OF “I DON’T KNOW”
Sometimes your heart knows before your mind can catch up and it causes deep discomfort in the body. You already know but it’s going to take some changes. It can feel like everything you used to know is being stripped. This is a good sign. The space is clearing for you to choose differently.
The Seasons of Growth That Defined My Path
THE “STRIPPING”
Relationships, identities and even beliefs I’d held for a long time were stripped. Fell deep into the void with nothing to hold me. Sat with medicines. Lost entirely to nothingness. But this gave me the space to find my truth and what mattered.
The Lesson: The void is here to clear our channel of falsehoods, so you can step into truth with greater depths.
The Impact: I provide a container where we navigate the shadows to sparks of life.
POWERLESS to RADICAL OWNERSHIP
I had felt the visions in my heart were too far for me to touch. I blamed everyone including myself. But then I let the blame and sadness turn to rage. Rage at myself for not living to the potential within me.
The Lesson: You are responsible for you. It’s the greatest gift of life.
The Impact: I keep it real. We keep in real. I give my real life examples of how we hide from the potential.
I AM THE CREATOR
I once cried my eyes out because I was so jealous watching people live out my life. I kept scrolling on instagram seething with discomfort. Then one day — I decided to step into the ring and create my sh*t.
The Lesson: To ease the discomfort and jealousy —> start creating.
The Impact: I guide you to embrace all the icky emotions that come up with creating your vision by reminding you of the deep desire.

I promise to show up as my honest and vulnerable self to create a sanctuary where you can do the same. By leading with truth, it empower your own spirit to shed their masks, creating a chain reaction of the liberate self. Through this liberation you remember your own power and intuition are at the forefront of your miracles.
REINDIGENIZATION
Re-indigenization means remembering your wholeness, worth and bodily autonomy outside of any rules and restrictions potentially placed on you or your ancestry through the years. We come back into the knowing that we’re here to claim our livelihoods for ourselves.
PLEASURE
Pleasure, play and creativity as the most potent tools of healing. Creating a container that makes the journey enjoyable even on the darkest days through rituals and practices that lift you up and feel good. Debunking the myth that pleasure is wrong and reconnecting you to the juicy center of creation through pleasure.
HEART
Heart is the North Star of every creation and quantum field knowing, forever prioritizing depth of contribution over height of income. By coming into your own personal compass you will feel deeper trust and beauty in yourself and the world around you.

My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of somatics and energetics, blending years of formal training with the intuitive wisdom gained from working alongside my clients. These embodied teachings are the standard of care I bring to every session.
